Archives for 2011

Christmas 2011, and WW!

It might look a little like I’ve been neglecting my blog lately, but I actually sent my camera in to Nikon for a little work, and I still don’t have it back yet. So for Christmas, I’ve had to rely on my old D80 that has serious issues. Maybe one of these days I”ll get it repaired….maybe. ( I also may have forgotten to charge my point-and-shoot. haha )  Although, this Christmas has quite the story that we will be able to laugh about… years from now. Did I mention YEARS from now? lol  To make a long story short, on Christmas Eve, Taylor threw the xbox controller and it hit the tv.  The insides shattered! It’s completely ruined! And the boys were getting a couple of xbox games for Christmas! *gasp*

That’s our Christmas story that I’m sure his brothers will not him forget! lol. And, here are the only photos that turned out this weekend. I hope you all had a Merry Christmas, and have a fun and safe New Years!

The texture I used really made Taylors eyes pop! And even though he’s eating, I still think it’s cute!

This picture was taken at 5:00 am!  Lance was bored waiting for the boys to wake up, so he made a couple of piles for the presents. When he was done, he couldn’t stand it any longer and went and woke up the boys. lol.   He’s worse than they are at Christmas!  =)

Brandons small army…

For those of you who have seen my facebook posts, you know how long this session took. I think the time was a record! It was around 20 degrees outside, everyone was frozen, and it was lightly snowing. Not to mention the freezing breeze! brrrrr…..

Still young at heart!

How cute are these two? When I was asked if I would take their “mug shots” for a Christmas card, how could I refuse? I wish we could have had the water in the photos! But there are so many floating Christmas decorations in it, that we had to skip it. Here’s just a “peek” of their session. Don’t want to ruin their Christmas cards! lol  😉
